Anti-Idiotype antibody development with SPIN® tech

Anti-idiotype antibody development is an essential step for therapeutic antibody drug development. Anti-idiotype antibody developed using SPIN® technology can identify target specific plasma cells with dual selection, a positive selection with target antibody and a counter selection with isotype control IgG on FACS sorter. Single Plasma Cell Interrogation (SPIN®) technology applies plasma cell identification and isolation technology, as well as single cell antibody gene amplification, which significantly increases the efficiency to generate anti-idiotypic antibody on a regular and successful basis. The high efficiency of SPIN® technology generates large numbers of anti-ID antibody clones for screening, making it easy to isolate blocking and non-blocking anti-idiotype antibodies in a single run for PK/PD studies.

Anti-idiotype antibody developed using SPIN® technology is capable of identifying target-specific plasma cells with dual selection, a positive selection with target antibody, and a counter-selection with isotype control IgG on FACS sorter.

An example of an anti-idiotype antibody developed using SPIN® technology. The target antibody drug is a human IgG4 kappa antibody, with isotype control IgG4 for counter selection on FACS sorter.
